Co-Managing Partner of the firm, over the years he has acquired consolidated expertise in the various branches of corporate law and contractual matters. After graduating in law at the Bocconi University of Milan and studying in the United States at the University of California at Berkeley, he gained professional experience in Italian and international law firms of primary standing (Lombardi Molinari & Associati; Lexia Avvocati and DLA Piper), assisting important clients (including companies, start-ups and investment funds) in numerous corporate and M&A transactions.
Co-Managing Partner of the firm, he works mainly in the field of real estate law and commercial contracts. After obtaining a law degree from the University of Turin and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego (California), he gained professional experience in Italian and international firms of primary standing (Lombardi Molinari & Associati, Apollo e Associati, Freshfields and Ashurst) assisting companies, real estate funds and entrepreneurs in significant real estate transactions. He also assists in civil and commercial litigation.
